The Funeral Directors & Morticians of Nevada will be hosting a community forum entitled, "Compliance and Clarity: Navigating NRS Statutes in Funeral Pre-Planning & Funeral Home Regulations" with the Nevada Funeral & Cemetery Board and State of Nevada Division of Insurance to address questions and updates regarding the following: 

• Explanation of NRS Chapter 689

• Requirements for Insurance Agents to Sell Pre-need Insurance 

• Purpose & Function of Funeral Home Trust
