General State Members, Licensed Funeral Arrangers, & Unlicensed Members, please use the state membership form.
Membership Levels
General Licensed Membership
(Funeral Directors & Embalmers)
$500.00
(Licensed funeral directors or embalmers that hold a state license or licensure in another state):
Active participation is required; and membership does include voting rights, state committee chair positions or NFDMA / FD&MA of NV elected positions.
Membership for the National and State Associations is ($400/National, $100/State)
Non-Traditional Licensed Membership
$100.00
(Licensed Funeral Arrangers):
Active participation is welcomed; however, membership does not include voting rights, state committee chair positions or NFDMA / FD&MA of NV elected positions.
Membership for the State Associations is $100.
Apprentice Membership
$100.00
(Licensed Apprentice):
Apprentices thats enrolled in an accredited mortuary school or graduates serving apprenticeship, each respectively under a district member, shall be considered as APPRENTICE MEMBERS of the State. This class of membership, not to exceed (3) years, shall be able to serve on State committees. Active participation is welcomed; however, membership does not include voting rights, state committee chair positions or NV elected positions.
Membership for the first year with the National and State Associations is FREE. $100 Subsequent years ($75/National, $25/State)
Student Membership
(Mortuary School Students)
$75.00
Students that are enrolled in an accredited mortuary school and are financially recognized by the NFD&MA and FD&MA of NV, shall be considered as STUDENT MEMBERS of the State. This class of membership, not to exceed (3) years, shall be able to serve on State committees. Active participation is welcomed; however, membership does not include voting rights, state committee chair positions or NFDMA / FD&MA of NV elected positions.
Membership for the first year with the National and State Associations is FREE.
$75.00 Subsequent years ($50/National, $25/State)
General Unlicensed Membership
$100.00
Unlicensed Members (Funeral Home Owners, Funeral Home Staff, General Public):
Active participation is welcomed; however, membership does not include voting rights, state committee chair positions or NFDMA / FD&MA of NV elected positions.
Membership for the State Association is $100.
